The course then demonstrates how to implement Power Virtual Agents to guide users within Microsoft Teams, directing them to specific documents scattered across various SharePoint sites, such as loan records, budgets, and sales contracts. These bots are particularly valuable for HR and IT teams seeking to streamline the handling of repetitive inquiries. Subsequently, the instructor illustrates how to configure straightforward workflows in Power Automate, including saving attachments from specific email senders, capturing data from Microsoft Forms into SharePoint, and establishing fully automated processes using the approvals application within Microsoft Teams. Upon completing the app, bot, and workflow, the final phase involves creating a basic Power BI report. Leveraging Power Automate, participants will set up a process to send a snapshot of the latest completed tasks to a designated recipient every two weeks, including the task completion dates and associated budget amounts.
