Course Outline
Introduction
Stage 1: Self-Understanding
Understanding others begins with a comprehensive grasp of oneself, including personal behaviors and needs.
- Team members complete the PRISM BRAIN MAPPING survey.
- Individual sessions for team members: a discussion with a certified PRISM trainer to review the report.
During these sessions, each individual will explore:
- Their strengths, potential weaknesses, and challenges in action and collaboration with others.
- The extent to which they fully utilize their potential.
- Actions that may be a source of stress.
- The work environment in which they feel most effective.
- Requirements for effective cooperation and communication with others.
Two dedicated sessions for the leader:
- Reviewing their own report as above, with a focus on leadership style, its strengths, and potential challenges arising from this approach.
- Comparing the leader’s preference profile with the team’s preference results. During this session, the leader will gain insights into how their leadership style may influence the team.
Stage 2: Team Dynamics
To truly understand others, it is valuable to identify the similarities and differences between oneself and other team members. Similarities build rapport, while differences offer new perspectives, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Workshop-based training on the characteristics of different behavioral preferences, their interdependencies, and their impact on communication and cooperation. This section lays the foundation for understanding the roots of human behavior and attitudes, encouraging openness to diverse approaches.
- Discussion of individual preferences, strengths, motivators, needs, and cooperation challenges. The team will identify similarities and significant differences.
- Exploring collaboration challenges and developing solutions.
- Analyzing the team profile based on PRISM data, including team strengths, potential weaknesses, communication needs, and cooperation requirements.
- Identifying areas for efficiency enhancement and analyzing how the team can leverage its strengths to achieve these goals.
Stage 3: Effective Client Communication
A clear understanding of one's own strengths, needs, and challenges, combined with an appreciation of diverse perspectives within the team, provides a strong foundation for better client understanding and tailored communication. This approach enables more effective addressing of client needs and the delivery of optimal services and products that solve their critical problems.
During this part of the training, participants will:
- Discuss challenges in client interactions and their underlying causes.
- Learn to identify different clients' behavioral preferences and adapt communication strategies accordingly.
- Determine which messages encourage openness in clients with specific preferences and which may lead to disengagement.
- Practice various messaging formats tailored to different client types to improve communication alignment.
- Analyze real-world client interaction examples from participants' experiences and develop new strategies for similar situations based on the insights gained during the training.
